How do I cancel my Plus subscription?
- Open iOS Settings on your device.
- Tap your Apple ID at the top.
- Tap Subscriptions.
- Tap AccentGram Plus.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, then expire automatically.
How do I get a refund for an in-app purchase?
Apple processes all in-app purchase refunds. To request one:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Sign in with the Apple ID used for the purchase.
- Select the AccentGram purchase and follow the prompts.
If Apple approves the refund, we automatically deduct the corresponding credit seconds from your in-app balance. We cannot issue refunds directly.
How do I delete my account and all my data?
- Open the AccentGram app and sign in.
- Tap the amber
❯home button at the bottom-center of the screen to open the terminal. - Tap the
[account]pill in the keyboard accessory bar (or typesettingsand press Return). - Scroll to the bottom of the Settings page.
- Tap the red [delete account] button.
- Type
DELETEin the confirmation field and tap Confirm.
This action is immediate and permanent. All of the following are deleted from our servers:
- Your account profile and authentication record
- Every video you have generated (curated and private)
- Every image you uploaded as a tool input
- Your credit ledger, video-view quota counters, and tool job history
A video failed to render. Was I charged?
No. Failed renders do not consume credit seconds. The backend only deducts credits after a successful, finalized generation. If your balance appears to be incorrect, email us and we will investigate and restore the missing seconds.
I can't sign in. What should I try?
- If you signed up with Sign in with Apple, make sure you are choosing the same Apple ID. Tap Use a Different Apple ID if the wrong one is offered.
- If you chose Hide My Email when signing in originally, you must continue to use the same Apple ID — the private relay address is bound to that ID.
- For Sign in with Google, make sure you complete the full OAuth flow and tap your account in the picker (don't dismiss the sheet).
- If you still can't sign in, email [email protected] with your provider (Apple / Google) and the approximate date of your first sign-in.
What happens to my generated videos?
Videos you generate are stored privately by default. You see them in the BREW tab. You can tap [share to inspirations] to make a specific video visible on the public INSPIRATIONS feed, or [make private] to revert. Anyone who finds a public video can tap [fork this] to copy your prompt, but they cannot view, edit, or download the underlying file beyond what the iOS player allows.
Where is my data stored?
All user data is stored in our self-hosted Supabase instance on Tencent Cloud, Ashburn (Northern Virginia, USA) region. We do not share data with third parties for advertising or analytics. See the Privacy Policy for details.
